Arbitration "Inactivity"

So this happens to me fairly often when I play arbitrations, discouraging me from playing them often. I will frequently have my rewards denied due to me being flagged as inactive, even though I will usually have the most damage and kills among my team members. The entire match I will be running, jumping, casting abilities, shooting and killing, yet whatever hyper-aggressive process that flags afkers keeps flagging me. It's very annoying, especially since I can't just start another arbitration afterwards due to the cooldown between matches. I don't usually even die in the rounds I am marked as inactive, and oddly enough the last round that I did die in I was still given my rewards, so I have no idea what could be prompting the game to mark me as leeching.

Also, it's not just when I play Mesa, this has happened when using Chroma and Rhino as well.
