Attack bug

This probably won’t go for all weapons and this is my first time reporting a bug and it’s really minor, a couple days ago I beat the “deadlock protocol” quest and got the Xoris which is a Glaive weapon, idk if this happens to all the Glaive sit just this one but, when ever I attack and throw the weapon and what not eventually I try to attack but it won’t attack, like I’m pressing the attack button and the animation is all glitches up, like it won’t throw or attack or anything, like I said idk if this is just for the xoris or any of the Glaive weapons, is this happening to anyone else?

Sorry to ask a silly question, but just to get it out of the way, you are waiting for the glaive to return before you attack again?

If so, then yes, that's a bug.

This glaive explodes if you press the throw button again I’m pretty sure the Xoris is the only glaive weapon that does this

No, that's the same for all Glaives, and intended.
