Give to the new players a customizable hat which they have to equip and which has something written upon and that reads "I am not worthy". Let them suffer enormously! What do they think anyways? That they can be of any use in an Eidolon fight? That fight is for big boys with big trousers! Let everyone else be one-shotted on sight by level 100 Eidilons! By level 1000 Edilons! DEATH TO NEW PLAYERS! ... I mean: no. No no no. The "eidilons", especially the "tearlist" with his "amega" stomp, are fine as they are. Or just go to Steel Path? Thats what its there for. Its literally designed to give you what you're asking for, without excluding New Players from being able to do Eidolon or Tridolon even once.
