Are you viewing the ability list with Titania or Titania Prime? You will not see a subsumed ability if you sit in the chair as the Warframe that ability is from. No, subsumed abilities showing up in your inventory as a blueprint is an unrelated issue. We have a fix for them showing up in your inventory in the next Hotifx.
