When Tyl Regor goes into lockdown behind the door, nothing else spawns, no other enemies, no manics etc. Second attempt. Map changes to one where have to enter water and follow yellow pipe. Pipe takes me back to start point again. Third attempt. I tag Tyl Regor. At 3rd stage of mission his enemy tag keeps spawning all over the map but he doesn't appear.
