Bluemillion Posted October 20, 2020 Share Posted October 20, 2020 Path of Exile has a mechanic called culling strike, where a hit on an enemy that has less than 10% health left, or would be brought below 10% health by the hit, is instantly killed by the hit. Blast Damage procs could function the same way, blowing a heavily damaged enemy to smithereens. Although 15% or even 20% health might be better since it would also require the proc.
