How long does it take to get approval for a clan emblem?

I put in a clan emblem 4 weeks ago then had to change it cause I put the wrong one in. Been waiting ages for it to get sorted.

any help in this from a dev or customer support would be great

if your Emblem is approved, it should be in the game upon the next Update or Hotfix after the approval.

You get an ingame mail once it is approved and then it should be in the game with the following update. I'm pretty sure you get this information when or even before you submit an emblem.

4 weeks sounds normal for consoles. I think I waited 6 weeks or so. Takes time and relies on getting updates.
