potent pherliac pods

I am trying to get atlas a second time and the mission will not give me the blueprint for the potent pherliac pods. I have left the game a few times to try and force it to load the inbox message and have even left and restarted the quest. So far nothing has helped and I need to craft them to progress the quest any farther.

I have manually went through and checked all the messages in my inbox as well and have deleted the old one from jordus, after multiple more restarts it still won't spawn the message and deliver the blueprint

If you already have Atlas from the quest then you won't receive another BP from doing the quest again.  Cephalon Simaris will have the BP for you.

Also, I believe the potent pherliac pods BP is re-usable, so you should already have it from the first time thru the quest.

I've triple checked and I don't have the blue print for the potent ones anymore. And thanks for reminding me about Simaris. Still would like to be able to finish the quest again though.

Second atlas bp you get from samaris and you Don't need pods for the actual parts farm jordas assassination node

correct, but I have the quest started up a second time and would like too actually finish it, so that it's not just sitting half done in my codex
