Smeeta not activating luck at default given time

Smeeta luck not activating at default times 

Activated 3 times in an hour doing steel path

We tested 3 separate steel paths all an hour long each time with the same results

My frind who has got the same setup as me he doubled my steel rewards

I have 2 mods on smeeta charm and tek-enhance to increase duration time but when smeeta does activate it is only for 7 seconds each of 

The 3 times it activated in an hour

I have uninstalled both mods and reset all the smeeta mods but prblem still exists 

Any help would be appreciated

Are you sure you're not getting the 10 second energy buff? Smeeta has several buffs that have a 28% chance every 27 seconds to trigger (Stats from wiki presumably same in game). It is possible to go without resource buff for quite some time, just the same as it's possible to stack the resource buff and get it consistently.

Firstly thank you Necoped for responding

No its not the energy buff that works fine

I understand the physics behind the buffs it is definitely as i said in the previous message

All the other buffs ar working as they should do according to there defaults 

It just does not work as it should 

I do have other problems on the account 

I was wondering if something or some file is corrupted 

Ie when in steel path i get black cloads on my screen and its hard to see what is happening

In mission

the black cloads

appear

Now and then 

This only happens in steel path the black cloads are separate from the toxin cloads

I was advised by a random player who was in steel path when these errors happend 

He said to delete files on the xbox to solve the problem 

But i do not no how this is done 

Could explain this to me if you no how to do that on the xbox one
