I lost my gmail that link to my warframe account what should i do?

Hey! Everybody this is my first forum i post. So my gmail account have been deleted by google and i can't recover it. I go to warframe support and they sent me the 2FA code to my old lost gmail account and they won't do anything about it until i tell them the code. What should i do? I don't want to restart my 1200+ hours in this game i told them everything. I don't know what to do now.

Create new mail and there is option Change email in Account management, tell them to send 2FA on new email

They should because that option otherwise is pointless, also how can they send code on nonexistant email, where is logic in that

You'll have to contact support and explain the situation. They'll likely require proof that it's your account, and it could take a while.

What should i say to prove to them?

Just tell them you don't have access to your email. They'll go through a list of questions to prove it's your account.

Any purchaces, maybe friends from your list if you remember their nicknames
