Level problem

So I go to Cetus and have leveled to Trusted but I can't purchased fersteel alloy blueprint. To level up with Old Man Suumbaat again I have to have the blueprint. What am I doing wrong?

No idea. Fersteel Alloy BP should be available for purchase at Visitor, which you obviously have had for a while.

My only guess is that you don't have enough reputation, as it's the only thing that can be missing. If that's not the problem, please post a couple of screenshots - it's really difficult to see a problem going on your description alone.

Check the following :

1) you have enough reputation points ,

2) you haven't already purchased it (check inventory)
