Void storm bugs

I had done a void storm missions to get sevagoth parts, and open some relics in the process, but, for some reason, my relic disattached and when I have completed the mission, I couldn't get any reward.

 

I was the HOST of the mission, and obviously, I equipped a relic to do the mission.

 

Also, any of my squad mates get any other reward as the had written in the chat. We have completed secondary mission an no reward from that.
