Valkyr Rework!

Valkyr
Statistics
Health: 300
Shields: 180
Armor: 600 (750 for Prime)
Max Rage: 100
Sprint Speed: 1.1
Polarities: 2 Madurai (3 Madurai for Prime)

Passive - Feral Rage
Valkyr doesn't use Energy, instead she begins to build Rage the more she is outnumbered.
When she's against one enemy, she starts generating 1 Rage per second, +0.4 per additional nearby enemy.
Lastly, Valkyr gains 3 bonus Armor for each % of her missing health, up to +225 bonus Armor at 25% health.
- Notes -
Max Energy increases grant bonus Rage generation instead (Percent)
Energy Regen increases Rage generation by a flat amount.
Has an enemy detection radius of 20m. Energy Efficiency increases this range by a percent. 


1 - Ravage
Valkyr uses her energy claws to swipe and gore all enemies in front of her. Surviving enemies are left with marks for several seconds.
Valkyr can hold-cast Ravage to dash to a marked enemy, dealing bonus damage.
Savoring the bloodbath, Valkyr heals herself for each enemy she kills with Ravage or enemies with marks.
Marked enemies are executed under a certain threshold.
Rage Cost: 15
- Strength -
Damage: 800 Slash (Tap-cast), 1200 Slash (Hold-cast)
Execute threshold: 15% Health
Healing: 20% Max Health
- Range -
Damage cone: 160 degree cone
Range: 6m (Slash), 10m (Dash)  
- Duration -
Mark duration: 8 seconds

2 - Warcry
Valkyr lets out a rallying cry that boosts her allies while slowing nearby enemies.
Enemies in a cone in front of her are ridden with fear.
Rage Cost: 30
- Strength -
Buffs: 40% (Speed Buff), 40% (Armor Buff)
Slow: 30%

- Range -
Effect radius: 25m
Fear: 180 degree cone
- Duration -
Buffs and slow: 15s
Fear: 7.5s

3 - Unkillable
Valkyr absorbs her Shields, healing herself and generating bonus Rage.
Shield Cost: 100%
- Strength -
Healing: 100% of consumed Shields
Rage generation: 2 Rage per 1 Shields

4 - Hysteria
Valkyr is imbued with energy and becomes a ball of vicious rage, capable of unleashing a torrent of deadly claw attacks on unsuspecting foes.
Attacks at the end of a combo will apply Ravage's mark to all nearby enemies.
Hysteria gains bonus Rage efficiency per 4 nearby enemies at 12+ nearby enemies, the Rage cost is negated entirely.
Rage Cost: 12/sec (Normal), 8/sec (4+ Enemies), 4/sec (8+ Enemies), 0/sec (12+ enemies)
- Notes -
Lifesteal is removed in replacement of using Ravage's mark.
Other statistics are unchanged.

 

- Augments -

Shield Ravage
Ravage Augment - Ravage deals +25/50/75/100% damage against Shields. Marks prohibit Shield generation.

Eternal War
Warcry Augment - Warcry's duration is increased by 0.5/1/1.5/2 per kill while active while nearby enemies are feared for 2/3/4/5s. 

Abyssal Immortality
Unkillable Augment - Unkillable pulls enemies within 2/4/6/8m toward Valkyr, reducing their Armor by up to 20/40/60/80% permanently.
Does not stack. Reaches max strength when all shields are consumed.

Enraged
Hysteria Augment - 50/100/150/200% increased Damage and Critical Hit Chance, Hysteria lasts 5/10/15/20 seconds and consumes 100 Rage.
Has a 10 second cooldown

Hysterical Assault
Hysteria Augment - Enemies under Ravage's mark also replenish 10/15/20/25 Rage when killed during Hysteria.

Gonna be honest... a full rework is unnecessary for valkyr, her kit and build works 100% perfect. Maybe only the 1st ability could use some tweaks, i can't even say the 3rd ability because that is ridiculously good for finisher killing heavier targets.

You're right, which is why the only major changes are in her 1 and 3. Her 1 is an actual joke and her 3 is lackluster at best.

C'mon, at least make it do something. Lavos doesn't have energy but Efficiency affects his Transmutation Probe.

Other than that, a great idea, even if Valkyr doesn't need a full rework parts of this could be used to improve Valkyr from her current state, being a good but extremely limited damage dealer.

I would add that her 4 has the most limited range from all Exalted melee weapons. yeah, they're claws, but that doesn't stop Baruuk from punching enemies from far away.

Now that I think about it, Efficiency should increase the detection range for rage generation

That's a valid point, but other than extreme rage efficiency, I have no idea what to add right now. Extra mobility perhaps?
