… do you mean the resources that mobs can drop? Because containers have those too.

 

plus there’s only a certain amount of containers and lockers in a level. They don’t respawn so once you’d opened all of them, you wouldn’t get any more resources… which would actually make it even more of a grind than just farming enemies in a Survival.

if you mean stuff like frame part bps and weapon part bps, those are end of mission rewards for bosses or a few are from specific enemies. And if they came from lockers or containers it would be more of a grind as they’d need to have such a low drop rate.

What? No...
You'd turn the game into a box breaking simulator, that may be your cup of tea but I very much doubt the majority of the player base would enjoy that.
