Venari not gaining affinity with new update hotfix

I bought khora with her deluxe skin last night and noticed a bug where venari would receive 0 affinity even though my khora is at max rank. I spent hours playing with khora trying to rank venari up but its still showing as unranked. I've seen other threads regarding this bug but just thought I'd post this again so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
