Legendary core

I think this could easily be a problem. I decided to use the Legendary core for for the new primed magazine warp mod. The installed mod did not get ranked up as normal, despite it being the active mod I was wotking on. Instead, the second of my three owned mods of this type was ranked up back at the bench. Luckily, they were all still virgin... but if not,  I would have been 2+ million dollars worth of mad.  I had the mod installed on Quellor at the time.  So, after the panic attack of seeing the mod not updated for rank still, I discovered that one in my inventory got the rank. There was sufficient drain available to handle it, whereas even if this was a factor for the problem, the whole mod would be removed and usually with a confirmation message too. If I have overlooked some announcement discussing such a change in the mechanics could I please get pointed to those notes so I can review and see what else I might have missed and  I apologize for this report.
