Nightwatch Napalm: Incorrect Mod description (It does not deal 30% of damage.)

Nightwatch Napalm's (max rank) description reads:
"Rockets disperse napalm, inflicting 30% damage over 6s across 90% of the explosion area."

In truth, the napalm's base damage is 150 for both Ogris and Kuva Ogris.

Explanation:
Ogris' explosion deals 600 damage. 600*0.3 = 180. The actual damage is 150. Which means the actual damage is only 150/600 = 25%, not 30%.

For Kuva Ogris, the Kuva elemental bonus is applied to the 150 base damage. (The damage is still pure Heat, but the percentages are added)
25% Kuva Ogris' explosion deals 858.75 damage. 858.75*0.3 = 257.625. The actual damage is 150*1.25 = 187.5
32.3% Kuva Ogris' explosion deals 908.901 damage. 908.901*0.3 = 272.6703. The actual damage is 150*1.323 = 198.45
60% Kuva Ogris' explosion deals 1099.2 damage. 1099.2*0.3 = 329.76. The actual damage is 150*1.6 =  240
In all these cases that is only 21.83% instead of 30%.

Why this happens:
In Update 20.0 (2017-03-24), Ogris' explosion damage was increased from 500 to 600.
In Update 18.10 (2016-04-29), Nightwatch Napalm was released. At this time Ogris still dealt 500 damage.

150 is 30% of 500, so at that time, Nightwatch Napalms description was still correct. It has now been wrong since the buff to Ogris in 2017, and since the release of Kuva Ogris it has been even more wrong.

The solution would be to simply change the mod description to the actual base damage of 150. Maybe it is coded in a way that nightwatch napalm looks for 30% of 500? Or just had a coded 150 damage?
I would not recommend buffing it to be actual 30%.
