(XBOX)ShanoDD Posted January 18, 2022 Share Posted January 18, 2022 For the last 2 hours I've been getting the dreaded "Network not responding" message and finally the "login failed. Check your info". It appears according to an outage detector that quite a few in Australia are experiencing the same issue. Looks like a server authentication based issue. I'm an IT engineer and have tried everything I can think of. Hard rest on Xbox, cleared network settings, rebooted router, rebooted modem, verified port forward setup correctly (nothing has changed), verified updates on Xbox, Modem and Router were up to date. Checking on twitter and there's reports from Australia (excluding Victoria, they seem to still be able to get in), New Zealand, and a Tenno from Fiji. Only thing that's happened to the internet here was part of the Hawaiki Fibre line getting severed near Tonga, because of that volcanic eruption and tsunami. However, that was the offshoot from the main line to Tonga, not the longer line from NZ to San Fran itself. Internet to other games are just fine, just WarFrame won't let you sign in atm.
