Blast Eximus are too strong against the already weak Excavators

Because the Blast Eximus does multiple high damage blasts in quick succession they can just one shot Excavators even when they're at full health. This makes any Excavation mission where they show up impossible to progress, especially when the Blast Eximus ignore you to go after the objective. I suspect Defense objectives aren't going to have much better time due to the multiple blast being able to ignore any sort of shield gating. Their attack really should be relooked out and changed. I'd suggest a single big blast instead of a chain of blasts.

Heck sometimes they seem to go insane and spam those eruptions so fast that a level 30 eximus can insta-kill a fully modded Inaros. Honestly feels like a bug sometimes.

Theres also the issue that excavators (and similar objective targets)  just don’t scale their health, like, at all. I think open world zones are the only places with actually beefy excavators
