International Stream Didn't Award Drops?

I started watch the international stream at 2:15pm CST.  I watched for 45 minutes, I watched the bar filled.  Claimed it.  Now its not showing in my inventory on Twitch anymore, logged into Warframe and nothing.  No letter in my inbox, nothing in my inventory, its just not there.  I have claimed Twitch drops in the past, and yes it was after the whole ordeal where you had to unlink and relink your account.  My gf who was watching the stream has the same exact issue.

What do we have to do to get our ephemera?

Ephemera was a chance not guaranteed. The only thing you can do is contact support, but unless you have proof (a screenshot of Twitch drop) then you might be SOL.

Just double checked and yup, I completely missed that it was random.  I don't appear to have gotten any drops, and like I said its not showing in my inventory on Twitch now.  It's listed as closed instead.  I might still try a ticket (its a long shot, I know) but with it being a random reward I doubt they'll be able to help me.
