Magus Anomaly pulling delayed, bug or intended?

Im pretty sure magus anomaly isnt supposed to have that big of a delay of pulling enemies when transfering back in, idk if its related to 'transference delay' or if its a separate matter, anyhow, it feels VERY clunky, and slow, and imo should be considered a bug, and not an inteded 'feature'.

I used to run Rhino exclusively. Using Zenurik's void mode pull, and Magus Anomaly to help me build Rhino's charge. Now I don't use him anymore. Zenurik gone, and Magus Anomaly is killed off by it's spam nerf... Just another dead arcane DE wont care about. The only way this can be fixed is if they changed the condition to something like: on void mode or something spammable.
