leveling a syndicate to level another syndicate by half, requesting quality of life

is there a way when leveling a syndicate for the affinity to not be capped at half for the current mission. im leveling only steel meridian and it levels 50% of Red veil, BUT its each mission its literally half the points each time at 32000k ->16k ->8000 ->4000 ->2000 ->1000 -> 500 -> 250 -> 125 ->62

so with that, i would like to be syphoning all my points by half in one mission to the daily cap of 32k is hit, and not in half and half and half and half

with steel meridian capped and all affinity flows into Red veil till daily hits cap, then i can stay in mission till im capped and not just repeating a mission over again.

I'm confused by what you are trying to explain. Red Veil always gets half of what you get with steel meridian's sigil equipped or from running the steel meridian missions. Where are you getting the half times 9 from?

It is 50% every time for me. There is never half of half or any iteration of that.
