Negative Polarity Configuration

I copied my mod configuration from Khora to Khora Prime.
The Prime one has a Vazarin polarization that breaks the link config system, it puts all the mods even if there is not enough space.

and i get this negative score


EDIT: after few tests, i get negative polarity without a wrong polarization, so this bug reproduces simply because is it not counting the different polarities from the source to the destination.
