Can Anything be done about the lag in Orb vallis,plains of edolon and deimos

When i go to the open world locations  i get lag can any thing be done about the lag i know its not my internet ether

If it's 'not your internet' then the only thing left is your pc or the other player(s) pc.... and you don't mention your pc specs or if you were playing solo or in a group.
