Health (LP) Swapped between Operator and Frame doing Arbitrations

Greetings

I was doing a Survival Arbitrations with the Infested when the team revived a fallen team member

After the revival, i swapped to Operator and saw that my Operator had my Warframes LP. When i switched to my frame, it had my Operators Life Points and would not increase 

A toxic pulse showed me the change was not just UI as i died instantly instead of being able to tank the hits a bit then recover.

This is the first time it has happened to me and some others have said it has happened recently but not any other time they can recall.
