Vjinn is a high damage utility Warframe, capable of performing any task with extreme efficiency all the while fending off any number of enemies, making it near impossible for any foe or foes to come even close to his allies.  

ACQUISITION: Vjinn’s Main Blueprint can be obtained through his personal quest “The Thousand and one nights” His parts as well as the components for his signature weapons can be obtained through a new mission mode: “Trials of Fire” (Think Sanctuary Onslaught but instead it’s with bosses who stats and level scale with each progression and squad damage output, also you only have one life. Gear items are still disabled.)

ABILITIES.

Passive: When Vjinn kills enemies that drop regular energy they will also drop small glowing yellow orbs of Solar Energy. Solar Energy drops with energy orbs on regular kills but is a guaranteed drop on ability kills. Solar energy is used to fill a secondary resource bar, Vjinn’s Solar flask, when Vjinn’s solar flask is full it will grant his abilities advanced features. If Vjinn should fall in combat while his solar flask is full, instead of being downed Vjinn will seek refuge in his Ayatan Storage container converting ALL solar energy obtained into health. Upon emerging from his container, Vjinn will be blessed with one of three buffs called “The boons of Alnair” one these buffs are immediately activated and are randomized upon self-revival, these buffs do NOT affect boss type units. The buffs are as follows:

Aldebaran (ad-Dabarān): Vjinn will Charm the closest enemy unit to him converting them into an ally and amplifying all their stats and damage by x3, this charmed unit will remain charmed until death. 

Alnasl (an-Naşl): Vjinn’s next attack will instantly kill the closest enemy to him regardless of level or stats.

Algol (al-Ghūl): Vjinn will resurrect the last heavy unit he killed, amplifying all their stats and damage by x3, this resurrected unit will remain until death.  

Vjinn will continue to convert solar energy and self-revive until all three boons of Alnair are used, after this should Vjinn be downed he will need to be revived buy an ally just as any other warframe. Reviving Vjinn will randomly grant any one of the three boons of Alnair to said ally.

Ability 1 (Nebula Cluster): Vjinn will create a miniature nebula cloud with a sprinkling of small stars in front of him, this cloud is 3 meters long and 1 meter wide. While active, a health counter becomes visible on the ability icon that tracks Nebula Cluster's health percentage from 100% to 0%, enemies who pass through the cloud have 150/175/200 blast damage dealt and 1% is removed per enemy. Vjinn can charge the ability to have ALL stars detonate at once. Solar Feature: The Nebula cloud is 6 meters long and 2 meters wide, damage is increased from 175/200/250 blast damage. Costs 25 Energy/one-fourth of stored solar energy.  

Ability 2 (Scorching Shields): Vjinn creates a miniature replica Chromosphere around him lasting 20/25/30 seconds, this Chromosphere deflects all projectile based attacks while granting Vjinn a 30/60/90% damage reduction. Additionally, all enemies that get within 1/2/3 meters of Vjinn will be hit with a solar flare dealing 100/200/300 heat damage. Solar Feature: Scorching shields also grants Vjinn a 30/60/90% knock back resistance and the solar flare reaches at 2/3/4 meters dealing 100/200/300 true damage. Costs 50 energy/one-third of stored solar energy.

Ability 3 (Deaths Orbit): Vjinn throws a fan of 3 small suns in a cone in a target direction of 5/10/15 meters, having infinite enemy punch through and deals 150/175/200 heat damage to enemies hit. The miniature suns linger for 1/3/5 seconds dealing 150/175/200 heat damage all enemies within 1/2/3 meters before homing back to Vjinn, dealing the same heat damage upon returning and reduces 30/60/90% of enemies’ armor and shields hit. Solar Feature: Upon throwing the miniature suns Vjinn’s stars evolve into black holes, the small-scale black holes constantly draw in all enemies within 2/4/6 meters toward them and inflicting 50 true damage per second with a 10/20/50% damage vulnerability on affected enemies. Costs 50 energy/one-third of stored solar energy. Deaths Orbit is Vjinn’s subsumable ability.

Ability 4 (Celestial Explosion): Vjinn channels his power and hurls a highly concentrated Galaxy up to 10/13/16 meters that, upon contact with a target, unleashes a devastating explosion dealing 2,000/5,000/10,000 blast damage with a 5/10/15 meter radius. Solar Feature: The Celestial Explosion will implode in on itself post-eruption, pulling in all enemies within 10/15/20 meters and dealing 2,000/4,000/6,000 void damage. Costs 100 energy/one-Half of stored solar energy.

SIGNATURE WEAPONS:  

The Judicath.

A weapon reserved for only the mightiest of Dax, the Judicath by current Tenno standards is an older model of weapon. But, with the combined powers of Vjinn and Cavalero this old dog is more than capable of learning new tricks. Killing an enemy with a critical hit will create a miniature black hole inside them, imploding the enemy and pulling all nearby enemies to it. Enemies or resources that get too close will be sucked in the black hole never to be seen again. In opposition, killing a unit with status affects will cause a small-scale collapsing star to appear inside them causing them to erupt in molten fire and singed chunks of meat spreading the status affects to all nearby foes.

The Kybesh.

Believed to be capable of slicing through the stars themselves the Kybesh is extremely sharp and is regarded as one of if not the largest one-handed blade of the Tenno. Using a heavy attack will have the blade thrust forward, enemies who die to this unique heavy attack will open a pocketed supernova behind them charring all enemies to a crisp.

It took me second to understand what you meant but I get it. I pronounce it as V-ynn as his name is just a play on the Arabian spirit Djinn, but honestly I dont really mind if you call him Vah-jinn. I hope you like the art and kit, tried to keep with the whole "phenominal cosmic power!" vibe on djinn/genie have.
