Interacting with Father on Deimos disables usage of the Escape menu (or any other UI)

This bug has been around since Deimos was released. Every single time I interact with the Father NPC in the Necralisk, when I exit out of his menu I am locked out of bringing up any UI. This includes the ESC menu, interacting with chat, gear wheel, everything. The only thing I am able to do is walk around and interact with more of the family NPC's, until I am forced to "force-close" the game in order to get my UI usage back.

Even if I interact with another NPC, Grandmother for instance, clicking on the chat window or my profile glyph simply does not respond. It is extremely frustrating to have to ALT+F4 every time I interact with this one "Father" NPC.
