Shield lancer's shields don't work right

I remember a time when those thin metal shields are all there was to Grineer shields. Punch through works on them (right now projectile punch through doesn't work as a different bug), but those thicker ones don't let any punch through work ever since release. The thing is, there's a small window on these shields that lets bullets pass through. It is always my belief DE wanted us to aim for these small windows. For some reason, despite having not just BIGGER windows, they also put in three of them! However, despite these big holes in them, bullets stop in mid air when you shoot into those windows. I believe bullets are supposed to go through those windows like they do with the original shields. I also believe someone should address punch through not working on projectile weapons
