When you command one of Kahl's brother to blow up the scrap so that you could collect the "password", the grineer just keeps running into the scrap and won't plant the bomb.

I had this happen last night too, though it was the Corpus guy at first that couldn't get there. Though by moving away and back a few times, canceling the order and redoing it, I eventually did get one of them to finally demolish the pile. Definitely broken and frustrating though.

It was specifically this pile to the side in the big room where you have to take out the immunodes and then the special tower. You can see the Corpus running in place against the rubble.

From a bit further away after I blew up the main objective and I was canceling and trying to direct them to blow it up a few minutes later.

Edit your title a bit to indicate it's directing squad to bomb some debris during the mission.
