Big Spot On The Back Of The Operator/Drifters Head when not Host or solo mode

when i am not hosting, or not solo, playing in other peoples games, there is always this big spot on the back of the operator's head. drifter too. i remember seeing in a hotfix, "fixed the big spot on the back of the operators head." i never had that problem till a bit after this hotfix. anyone else getting this visual?
