Warframe occasionally gets criticized for having enemies spawn in broom closets. Usually, the game is at least respectful enough to our sense of disbelief that it spawns these enemies out of sight. As you point out in the OP, that is very much not the case in the Lua tileset on exterminate missions. It looks embarrassing, and should be addressed. It's giving Dragon Age 2, and not in a good way.
