So i have two of these both at around 40%. One magnetic that I've forma-d and a new heat that I just acquired.

Should I combine into one magnetic at around 46%? Does the extra 4% really make a noticeable difference?

Or should I keep both? Have one for heat.

if you got 2 then fuse, no point in keeping near dupe weapons

even though it is only a small increase, the idea is that you keep fusing until you hit the 60% cap (though there are some specific cases where you want the percentage as low as possible)

I've got some that are funny names and already have one formaed/reactored. I have a couple that I kept for this purpose.

 

Dupes could also be kept if you are going for different types of builds like a pure slash based one as well as a status spreader weapon that requires different lich elements and/or %s. But you are double dipping there which isn't always wise given how many other weapons that could use the forma in the game.
