Warframes don't disappear on their own. Maybe you confuse Khora with Khora Prime. Maybe you accidentally sold Khora. Maybe you bought not Khora, but another warfame. Maybe you subsumed your Khora to Helminth. Take a better look at your inventory, maybe it's still there and you just haven't noticed Khora before.
