Chord discrepancies with certain Shawzins

There are six shawzins that all have the same chord structure, where more than one fret is used to play a string.  These are Dax, Nelumbo, Narmer, Kira's, Void's Song, and Aristei.  However, a few of those have some chords that are not consistent with the rest of them.

  • Aristei, Phrygian, Air + Earth + Water + 2: Should be A/A#/C, but is A#/C/F.  This appears to be the AEW+2 chord from the Minor Pentatonic and/or Hirajoshi scales, accidentally applied to Phrygian.
  • Void's Song, Major,  Air + Earth + Water + 1: Should be F/G/B, but is D/F/B.  It's still arguably an equivalent chord, just weirdly different.
  • Void's Song, Minor,  Air + Earth + Water + 1: Should be F/G/Bb, but is F/Bb/D2.  This one does feel like a different chord.
  • Void's Song, Minor,  Air + Earth + Water + 2: Should be G/Ab/C2, but is G/C2/Ab2.  This is the same chord, but the middle note is raised up an octave.  Is this intentional?
  • Void's Song, Minor,  Air + Earth + Water + 3: Should be Ab/Bb/D2, but is Ab/D2/Bb2.  Again, the middle note is raised up an octave.

And one more issue from the "nonstandard" shawzins:

  • Corbu, Yo: Corbu has its own chord sets, but they still follow each scale.  However, with the Yo scale on Corbu it seems every chord is lowered a half tone, starting on C instead of C# and going up from there.

Edit: Oh crap, a few of the Tiamat slap "chords" have inconsistencies as well:

  • Tiamat, Major Pentatonic, Air + Water + 3: Should be a G to match Earth + 3, but plays an F, a whole tone lower.
  • Tiamat, Major Pentatonic, Air + Earth + Water + 1: Should be an A to match Water + 1, but plays a G, a whole tone lower.
  • Tiamat, Hirajoshi, Air + Earth + Water + 1: Should be an A to match Water + 1, but plays a Bb, a half tone higher.
  • Tiamat, Phrygian, Air + Earth + Water + 1: Should be an E natural to match Water + 1, but plays an Eb, a half tone lower.

Here's that info in graphic form.  Producing this is how I ran into the above discrepancies, which are highlighted in red:
