Sevagoth's Shadow Still Not Benefitting from Primary/Secondary Dexterity

Sevagoth's Shadow(more specifically, it's Claws) still cant benefit from the combo duration extension from the Primary/Secondary Dexterity arcanes not trigger it's bonuses for Sevagoth himself

found this archived post from over a year ago complaining about the same thing and no fix since:

Has this been fixed yet, I just got them thinking that would be awesome havent tested it yet but would be awesome if it works.
