I need help unlocking steel path

So, i just finished all of my star chart today, and went all happy to unlock the arbitrations and the steel path, but when i tried to access it, it showed me that i needed to complete "zariman, just the story", but the thing is, i already finished the angels of zariman quest line, all of my zariman nodes are also finished, and i'm rank 2 with them. is this a bug or there's actually smt remaining for me to unlock in zariman?
(PS. i went with the mods tag bcs i couldn't find a better tag for it, and bcs i rlly want the galvanized mods)

It probably means you need to run each mission from Duviri once.  That's the circuit, the Experience and The Lone Story mode.  All three are a requirement now to unlock SP, from what I've read.  I have a feeling a lot of people aren't running the "Lone Story" mode, because there's no real point in it.  I'd do a quick run of any you haven't done yet, and see if that helps.
