Put the Damaged Necramech Weapon Parts shouldn't be the same across all tiers

Seriously, there are three weapon parts, there is three rotations, and there is three vault tiers. Why do we have to wait up to 6 hours just to get one specific weapon part? Could have Rotation A have Receiver in Tier 1, Barrel in Tier 2, Stock in Tier 3. And on Rotation B have Barrel in Tier 1, Stock in Tier 2, and Receiver in Tier 3. And finally in Rotation C have Stock in Tier 1, Receiver in Tier 2, and Barrel in Tier 3 before repeating. Now there will be 0 wait and more incentive to play the different Tiers.

Because you only need two of each so this is way to pad out gameplay time probably.
