Turnaround on Support Ticket?

Question

Just curious as I havent really found anything to clarify this...  I submitted a ticket 24 hours ago and havent seen a change, or acknowledgment of said ticket.  Is this normal?  Should I continue waiting?  I have never done a ticket before and not sure how long I should wait before doing anything extra.

For reference the ticket was concerning my purchase of a booster pack, and not getting the pack... (yeah have gone through all the regular motions, have purchased other packs and gotten everything, this one just didn't come through.)

I don't want to charge back or anything but the longer I wait, the harder that becomes...

It varies from case to case. Usually a day or a week max. However, I personally had nothing solved by support and many other people too, so I dont know why youre waiting so much for it. But yeah, maybe its the one issue the support can fix, who knows, spin the wheel.

If you submitted on Friday afternoon, chances are high you won't get an answer before Monday.

Tickets can take hours, days or weeks to be resolved depending on the type/urgency of your demand and the amount of tickets they have to handle, and I think DE's support staff does not work during weekends.
