Xaku + Nourish on 3rd + 300 str with Arbitration still my 2nd ability cap is with my base strength and not the +300% one

With Xaku's second ability I have 15 guns shouting around on normal maps,

and with double strength from void i get to 42 i think not sure ( 198% base x2)

but with my 200% base and +300% from arbitration i still get 15 max guns

nourish is subsumed as 3rd ability idk if it matters :P

Month later, I guess you already got the answer, but for tenno out there wondering the same thing: It's not a bug, void buff from relics affects strength and *range*, while arbi only affects strength. Xaku's 2 number of targets is affected by range, strength only affects the damage.
