Wrong/stock Railjack in mission

I finished a Railjack mission with a friend and went back to Drydock.

My friend (squad leader) left the squad and I remained in the Dojo, after some tinkering with my Railjack I launched a mission in the Veil Proxima.

Upon arriving however I quickly noticed I was not on 'my' Railjack, it seemed to be a completely stock version of my friend's Railjack.

The ship was quickly blown to pieces and the doors on the Railjack did not function at all so it was impossible to repair the hull breach, the crew were seemingly also trapped.
