_A5S_
The bubonico was nerfed from its original 9 ammo/s reload speed to only 4.5/s when reloading not from empty. Honestly, the whole 9/s reload from empty is not even significant as most of the time the bubonico is going to sit on some awkward number of shots before reaching 0 due to the alt fire consuming 9. This change honestly just makes the usability of the weapon trash. The bubonico is already an expensive weapon to craft, needing 10 mutagen mass and 3 argon crystals on top of a MR 13 requirement. The question is: Why make the bubonico simply worse and unusable when incarnon weapons and kuva/tenet weapons are stronger without any of the limits? I know the ammo of the Kuva bramma and similar weapons have been nerfed, yet ammo mutation and ammo maximum straight up makes the change nearly unnoticeable. The bubonico's reload however, can not be made faster by any mods in the game. As incarnon weapons are simply better in many categories and the bubonico was never a must-have weapon, please un-nerf it so it could simply be usable again for players.
Neo3602
That nerf was un-done a few updates ago due to backlash and the alt fire should only be consuming 3 ammo not 9. Edit: or at the very least the regen nerf should have been undone as per this update: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1321988-veilbreaker-hotfix-3202 Edited July 27, 2023 by Neo3602

If you have 9 or more ammo, it will always do the burst, which consumes 9 ammo.
