Add Warframe passives to "Arsenal" & "Upgrades" windows

As the title says.

I have to either go into Codex or the Market to see the passive ability of warframes that I own.. which is kinda stupid.

You dont actually. use [warframe] and just click the link. In missions you can just go menu - abilities.

That does not mean it cant be shown together with the other 4 abilities.

It's never bothered me since I'm used to going to the Abilities screen.  But yeah,now it seems odd that passives aren't shown in those two places.

What? Of course it shows all of them at once.

Not in the two places the OP is requesting they be shown.  In the first Arsenal screen (hovering the pointer over the frame) and the Upgrade screen, only the four active abilities are displayed.

I'll add that DE have already done the UI work required, because the passive is shown in the configure warframe screen in Teshin's cave,so it seems like it should be a simple change (but probably isn't, given what we know about warframe).
