Not getting the personal quarters segment after finishing the war within quest

I replayed the quest a few times but still didn’t get it

Did you check your Inbox for a message from Ordis?  It will have the Blueprint for the Personal Quarters Segment in the message from Ordis.  You can also check your Foundry for the Personal Quarters Segment as you will need to build it first, then once you claim it, you will have access to the room.  If you still have problems locating the Personal Quarters Segment then contact SUPPORT.
