Let us limit pool of weapons/frames in Duviri

Returning player here. I took a break from WF for a couple of years and now I'm catching up with the content.
I do like the new Duviri circuit mode. It makes it more challenging by forcing me to pick a loadout from a few choices, instead of creating an optimal loadout. Also the decree system adds randomness to every new circuit session, which makes it fun to replay. I also appreciate the opportunity to try out new frames or weapons that I don't own, so I can decide if it's worth farming them for my arsenal. I hope DE will expand on this, as traditional missions and bounties are kind of boring after a certain point, since you can select a loadout that will make the content trivial.

Here is the problem: in steel path circuit, I often end up getting really bad choices, especially weapons. I understand that some of the choices are drawn from the pool of equipment that you have in your arsenal. And that is a problem for collectors like me. I own tons of weapons for which I don't have an optimal setup, so I end up getting some of them as "guaranteed" option. I cleaned up my inventory from trash weapons but I still have lots of prime weapons with no forma that I built for MR but don't want to delete, just in case they will get buffed in the future or I find a gg riven. And I don't have the time to build all of them now just for the case they show up in circuit. Cleaning up my arsenal helped a lot, so now half of the time I have at least one decent weapon to choose from, but often I still get weak weapons to choose from that won't cut it against lvl 100+ enemies. So my options are: (1) wait until next spiral, (2) play one mission, exit -> reroll, (3) tag along and hope my teammates will carry me.
Also, I have many pre-built weapons in my foundry for MR, which I am reluctant to claim, since they will further dilute the pool with suboptimal choices.

Here is a simple solution:
Let us limit the frames/weapons that the game randomly draws from our arsenal to a pre-selected pool of say 10 per type. For example, you choose 10 frames from your inventory and you will get one of them as a choice in Duviri, the remaining ones are chosen randomly from all frames. Same for primary/secondary/melee. You will still get other weapons/frames as choices, but now you will have at least one decent choice per type, provided you built those. If you don't choose the pool, the circuit choices are generated in the same way as now (one from your inventory, the rest from the full set). You can also make this ability as drifter intrinsic bonus (opportunity tree).

Seems counterintuitive to be able to influence the odds like that. Even though DE is already influencing which variants of weapons you get...

If the equipment being weak is the issue, then I'd say the better alternative would be to increase the power of decrees to suit steel path better.

I have problems with Orowyrm sometimes the game doesn't give me any hitscan weapons, everyone knows that Orowyrm requires hitscan weapons. There are also cases where I forget this rule and choose the wrong weapons that, even if well built, are terrible against Orowyrm.

There are strangely broken frames and weapons for the decree system, for example the price of Mirage goes up up up.

What's counterintuitive is that additional "bad" weapons/frames in my inventory decrease the chance of "good" weapons/frames from my inventory being a choice in circuit. "Bad" meaning either generally weak weapons even with good mods or decent/good weapons but without forma, so you have too choose the default build which does not bring the weapon to its full potential. "Good" meaning frames/weapons that you forma'd and have a good mod setup for.

Of course, you can counteract with increased power of decrees such that even D-tier weapons one-shot everything, but then there is no real motivation to improve your builds...

My biggest complaint is that I own 166 modded primary weapons, several with 3-7 Forma and I load up the steel path circuit and the 3 available primary choices are all weapons I do not own. As someone who has clocked over 2,000 hours I do not want to experience new weapons with a default mod setup on the Steel Path Circuit. I get the potential value for newer players, but for me it feels more like an insult and ultimately forces players to buy all weapons and mod them. After you reach legendary 3 or even 1 I see no value in loading unowned weapons on Steel Path Circuit.
