Do Procs Stack?

For example, if my Acrid deals multiple Toxin proc, will it do the DoT like in Damage 1.0? With the same idea in mind, if I keep on stacking Viral, will it reduce health greatly each time a Viral Proc hits?

 

I'm not too sure and haven't done enough test yet, but it seemed to be the case with Viral at least. Can't confirm it, so I would like your own feedbacks.

Seems like Procs don't stack, at least most of them don't. That's a good thing in a sense since Puncture reduces enemy damage (imagine reducing a boss' damage to nothing XD).
