Seismic Bond description is unintentionally misleading

The description states:

"While a channelled ability is active, Companion melee attacks create a [Range] shockwave for [%] of their melee attack damage. Damage dealt by your Companion increases your Ability Efficiency by [%] for [seconds]. Max 10 stacks."

The full break between the two sentences led me to believe that the second effect, the Ability Efficiency one, did not require an active channelled ability, which is incorrect. It should be changed to:

"While a channelled ability is active, Companion melee attacks create a [Range] shockwave for [%] of their melee attack damage, and damage dealt by your Companion increases your Ability Efficiency by [%] for [seconds]. Max 10 stacks."

我建议你耗子尾汁,你看看你把舍杜搞成什么样了?天天BUG影响到我做生意了晓得不,赶快给我去加强舍杜,把挂机判断取消了最好,这样玩家就不用那么累,白天大部分都没有人玩都在上班挣钱,你不让他们舒服还怎么来钱?资源都缺得很,虽然你的方法能来钱很快,但是这样做并不能使游戏长久的发展下去我劝你耗子尾汁差不多就得了,我宁愿你什么也不做也别乱瞎搞.或者你游戏内容一点一点的慢慢更我相信会有很多人喜欢的帮玩家减负一下吧太累了

Presumably you would use the mod for the first effect inwhich the second effect buffs or facilitates the first

But you are correctly justified dependant upon your own perspective may lead to various equations

An "and" doesn't fix the misinterpretation that seperates the Mod into two parts only reinforcing the misinterpretation, apply prior statement

im not sure if the shockwaves or the damage in general that increase the buff, but Part 1 and 2 need to be pinned together

It's damage in general, the shockwaves aren't required. It's not even restricted to melee damage, I tested it with a MOA companion. It does require a channelled ability to be active though.
