Excavator Steel Path health

I just completed Hieracon, Pluto on Steel Path. I noticed while doing it that Excavators spawned with far less health and shields than they should have, though.

Dunno why they keep insisting on not giving Excavators and Defense Terminals proper scaling HP and Shields to be able to survive SP enemies... Especially considering SP starchart is deserted and you often have to solo these missions and it's nearly impossible to defend from all directions at once.

That said there's a couple workarounds, like usign Limbo's void bubble to fully cover defense targets and stasis everyone in there so they can't move...
