Numerounius Posted December 16, 2023 Share Posted December 16, 2023 Contact support, they can look at your account and details of the polarization process see if that is actually the case. My guess is that you used a regular forma. They can maybe even revert it if you accidentally polarized using a regular forma or using an exilus forma or something like that so don't touch the affected frames. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
