samixPL Posted January 19 Share Posted January 19 What happens if I link an account with a positive amount of platinum to an account that has a negative amount of platinum? I wrote to the support, but Polish support is a joker... Mag didn't even write me back and closed my ticket after a week. I got blocked on my main account due to negative platinum. I wrote to DE that it was a mistake and misunderstanding, but they wrote back to me that the only option was to buy platinum from them and buy the account... On the old account I played on before I bought the console, I have a bit of platinum. I'd like to merge these two accounts so that I have at least a little less platinum to buy.
