Account Linking and Tennogen, does it work the same as Merging?

I have an important question as far as Account Linking is concerned: If you were to make an account your primary account via account linking, will the tennogen you had purchased before the November 24 cut-off date still be transferred to other platforms?

I ask because I have a very new PC account that (might? I'm still not sure) not be able to do account merging, but can still account link with my old PS4 account I had made in July 2018 and I'd hate to lose the tennogen I had purchased on that console just because I want to play Warframe on PC from now on. So if I'm correct, I should be able to just make my PS4 account my primary account and still be able to access everything on PC but I'd greatly appreciate a second or third opinion.
